BUYERS are users who purchase services on Rzults.
LOGO DESIGN is an original design for a logo.
ORDER PAGE is where Rzults and buyers communicate with each other in connection with an order.
ORDERS are the formal agreement between Rzults and Buyer after a purchase is made.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER(S) are service providers that provide payment services in connection with Rzults, including collection of funds, currency exchange services in connection with payments and withdrawal in local currencies and holding of funds in connection with Rzults.
OVERVIEW (MAIN TERMS, IN A NUTSHELL)
The following terms (these “Payment Terms”) govern payments you make or receive through www.rzults.com (the “Site”).
Rzults processes card payments from Bangalore. Rzults and its subsidiaries are collectively referred hereto as “Rzults” “we” or “us”. Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the Site. By making or receiving payments through the Site, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other entity, to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms.
PURCHASING
Adult Services and Pornography – Rzults does not permit any exchange of pornography or adult materials, content and services.
Inappropriate Language and Behaviour – At Rzults, we appreciate professional, friendly and constructive communication. Rzults does not tolerate bullying, hate speech or harassment towards anyone on the Rzults platform. We allow a medium on the platform to exchange messages and to engage with our platforms.
Phishing and Spam – Member’s security is our top priority. Any attempt to send malicious content with an intent to compromise another user’s computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect the privacy of our users by not contacting them with offers, suggestions and questions which are not directly related to your orders.
You may not share other people’s private and confidential information on Rzults. Any exchange of personal information required to process the service must be provided on the Order Page.
Authentic Rzults Profile: You may not create a false identity on Rzults misrepresent your identity or create an account for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information. Your personal information on the profile, while may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and authentic and shall not be misleading, offensive, illegal or otherwise harmful. Rzults reserves the right to require users to go through a verification process in order to permit users to use the Site.
Intellectual Property Claims: Rzults will respond to clear and complete notice of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s terms of service.
Fraud/ Unlawful Use: You may not use Rzults for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
Multiple Accounts: To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Rzults community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations of Rzults’s Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards is a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
Targeted Abuse: We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users or the team at Rzults. This includes creating new multiple accounts to harass members through our message or ordering system.

The Site, including its general layout, design and content, is exclusively owned by Rzults and protected by copyright and trademark law. Users have no right, and specifically agree not to do the following with respect to the Site or any part, component or extension of the Site (including its mobile applications) :
We protect our users confidential information from unauthorized used and disclosure. Any information received from the users is treated as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. We specifically agree to
(i) maintain all such information in strict confidence
(ii) not disclose the information to any third parties
(iii) not use information for any purpose except for delivering the ordered work; and
(iv) not to copy or reproduce any of the information without the user’s permission.
