Before the commencement of any work, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be released to the User at Rzults. This agreement will clearly define the scope of work that has been agreed upon by us.
Talking about a design project, for any kind of design collateral which may be a banner, a slider image, a social media post image to name a few, the file shared during the design process will be of low quality. We work into making sure the customer is satisfied and understands the level or value of the work we do for the customer before we share the source file so the customer is able to grasp the work process that is happening.
Once the design is finalized and the user is happy with the outcome, the source files or the vector files will be shared with the user only after the user makes the full payment to Rzults.
When we create ads for companies, for instance Google, Facebook, Bing or any other advertising platform, the customer pays the amount payable to the concerned advertising platform apart from the fees offered to Rzults for its services. A dedicated account is created on the respective platforms for the users, to directly make all the payments. This will allow the user to have access to the billing information to the prepared invoice. Rzults will also send out reports to the buyers regularly so that both parties have a documented understanding in terms of how the job has been carried out by the customer on a month to month basis.
At the end of the month, the buyer will make the payment for the services offered by Rzults. To elaborate, the user makes all the necessary payment to Rzults for the services offered by us apart from the price charged by the online advertising platforms. This is the service fee the buyer offers for the services provided by Rzults. Rzults, however, does not take any responsibility on your leads to sale conversion.
