Unlike 90% of the online portals that connect the Buyers directly with a company or a freelancer, at Rzults we develop an agreement in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding and Service Level Agreement where we define the scope of work and the timeline involved to make the quality and the level of deliverable very clear for both the parties. This makes Rzults stand apart from any other portals in the online industry. In case of the other online portals, there’s nothing in the hands of the client as a tangible way to get the job done. Rzults is one company that will take full responsibility for the quality, scope of work and the customer’s satisfaction. We also provide human interaction in the form of an account manager to be accountable for our services. The account manager is accountable to hand hold the customer to help them with the service or design process.

We offer 3 different packages based on the scope of work, revision and price, namely, Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.
Please note that signing up for the Basic or intermediate package will offer you very limited revisions. Users who have signed up for the basic and intermediate package, will have to make the full payment before the service could be offered to them. The full payment should be made through the Rzults website itself. As a Basic and Intermediate user, they still have an account manager hand holding them to ensure their job is done as they desire.
In case of advanced, the price will be customized based on the work requirement. This package allows unlimited revisions. Under this package, the client has to commit to 50% of the payment in advance, that is, before the execution of the service. The full payment will only be accepted after the desired service is rendered by us.
When coding or designing a website or a mobile app, the website will be hosted on our server. Once the full payment is made to Rzults, the designed website will be hosted onto the domain name preferred by the user. Rzults will have access to all the original files until the full payment is made.
For any transaction that happens from the user to Rzults, the user will get an immediate invoice into their registered email address and phone number. This is why we assert the email address and the phone number provided to Rzults are genuine. The account manager will then get in touch with you and share the Memorandum of Understanding and the Service Level Agreement through the mode you prefer. The agreements will contain the scope of work and the timeline that would be taken to complete the work. The customer has to agree to it by acknowledging it and either signing it digitally or physically.
If the customer fails to respond within 3 days after the execution of the deliverable, despite the team at Rzults constantly following up with the user, the system will automatically close the ticket after 3 days.
In case a user wants to place an order worth $10,000 or more, but does not trust the website to get the job done, we can further create an escrow account. With the help of an escrow account we can mutually let the amount set in the escrow account.
