REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Before signing a contract with Rzults, the sales, the account manager and the customer shall come to an understanding by agreeing to an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) or an SLA (Service Level Agreement) mentioning the (i) scope of work and (ii) the timeline for the given the project brief. The SLA and the MOU shall make the delivery of product and services absolutely clear to both parties.

CONTRACT BREACH

BY THE USER: When the user breaches the contract and withdraws from the deal but has already paid Rzults 50% in advance for the services or products offered at Rzults.com, the customer will forfeit the whatever advance the buyer has paid. This amount is non-refundable as mentioned in the SLA.

BY RZULTS:

  • In case there is any reason due to which Rzults as a company fails to deliver any product or service as per the SLA or MOU mentioned, and the customer chooses to keep the services or products, 50% of the payment made in advance will not be refunded in any manner.
  • In case there is any reason due to which Rzults fails to deliver any product or service as per the SLA or MOU mentioned, and the customer chooses not to accept the product or service offered or use these product or services offered in their business or other such uses, 50% of the payment made in advance will be refunded.
